Validation helps us to assure that each batch meets predetermined specifications. Inspections are conducted throughout the manufacturing process monitoring weights, hardness, conformation, disintegration and color. Documentation is conducted on all procedures and maintained here at SS Nutra.
RAW MATERIAL PROCUREMENT & ANALYSIS
With over 20 years in the industry SS Nutra has developed long term relationships with the best growers and manufacturers. Our vendor evaluation process includes auditing their facilities, processes and standards as well as verification of certificates of analysis. We maintain a complete track of lot/batch numbers providing a full history of each raw ingredient in any given formula for 7 years after lot expiration.
